Cursive Writing

From the 80's, when education began to standards, writing (italics) has become increasingly practical emphasis on schools. During the last 10-15 years, we were lucky if someone really existed for more than a few lessons. It's one of those things that require lots of exercise / practice, due to a lawsuit somewhere in the U.S. during the late 80's, has disappeared. No more exercise / practice in math and math scores and skills to demonstrate that in most schools / children. It has also been an increased emphasis on reading (not that anyone has changed what we were doing - now they are becoming more and more and sooner and that's another story).

Manuscript or print

Children learn the stick and ball / circles and lines of approach to the manuscript (printing), as they are neurologically ready for kindergarten skills, they can not do diagonal lines until they are about 8 years. That is why in italics when they are taught, generally begins in late third or early 4 th / media.

The next section may seem abstract, as it is difficult to understand / communicate. Remember, the child's development is cumulative and that the skills are not mastered, there is no basis on which to build.

The problem with circles and lines is that really reflects the body of knowledge (skills developed very early in children), but at an abstract level (in theory, children can understand / apply the abstract when they have mastered the concrete / physics. Think having three half-lines on his body left / right (line from the top of the head vertically down to between the legs), front / rear (head to toe line drawn, but if it focuses on the figure) and top / bottom (line drawn through the waist). I hope you have visual effects. These concepts are also concepts of language, and many children have language deficits in school.
